This policy informs customers of our handling of returns and refunds for all merchandise.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise in its original condition for up to 30 days from the date of purchase (14 days from the date of notification of intent to return merchandise) and get a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping costs. *

Corresponding to how you paid in the first place, we will either credit your credit/debit card, or send you a check or money order.
When we will pay for return shipping
We pay return shipping costs and refund original purchase price and shipping costs when you return the merchandise because it’s defective, isn’t as described in the listing, or was damaged during shipping.
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Please allow for up to 5 (five) business days after receipt of the returned merchandise.
